Seven Rila Lakes and Sapareva Banya SPA Resort

This is a magical adventure in the largest National Park in Bulagaria. The Cirque of the Seven Rila Lakes is probably the most popular hike, attracting more and more visitors every year. After 1 ½ -2 hours drive we arrive at the base station of the lift, then we get on the lift to the top station and start with the walk enjoying magnificent panoramas and the lakes start to appear one after another. There are two different itineraries –short (approx 3 hours) and long (approx. 5 hours) walk. Our goal is to reach the Lakes peak from where we could enjoy all 7 glacial lakes in a clear day – it is a wonderful 360 ⁰ panorama. On the way back we could stop at one of the mountain huts for optional lunch or just to relax and have a drink before catching the lift down. Before coming back to Sofia we will visit one of the most popular Bulgarian SPA resorts – Sapareva Banya. It is the hottest geothermal resort in Bulgaria and the only geyzer in the country. After the long day hiking we deserve a chill out in the hot mineral springs.
This is voted by many travellers as a bestseller, highly recommended tour.
